Delivery

Q-railing is known for its extensive stock and quick deliveries. The delivery costs depend on the method used, the order volume and your delivery address.

Long items, such as base shoes and 5-metre handrails or cap rails, are delivered to you by freight forwarder. Smaller orders are delivered by parcel service. The latter takes around 1-2 working days to arrive. Orders of long items usually take a maximum of 5-6 working days to be delivered.
 
Packaging
All Q-railing products are carefully packaged for delivery. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, then put the items back into their original Q-railing packaging until you are ready to use them. That will help protect the goods from damage.
